  • Contact data: email address, phone number, country of residence.
  • Transaction data: order history, fiat amounts, cryptocurrency amounts, wallet addresses, transaction hashes.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, and usage logs.

We use your personal data to:

  • Process and fulfil cryptocurrency purchase orders.

  • Law enforcement or regulatory authorities when required by law.
  • Service providers (hosting, analytics) under strict data processing agreements.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active and for up to 7 years thereafter to comply with financial regulations. You may request deletion of non-regulatory data by contacting us.

8. Cookies & Tracking

We use essential cookies to maintain your session and preferences (e.g., theme). We do not use third-party advertising trackers. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though this may affect platform functionality.

9. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption in transit, AES-256 encryption at rest for sensitive fields, and regular security audits. However, no system is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Children's Privacy

Our Service is not directed at individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with data, please contact us immediately.
